KANAKACHILANKA - THE STORY OF MANU AND PARVATHI

The novel KANAKACHILANKA( the golden anklet) written by Sudhakar Mangalodayam. This novel published first in Malayala Manorama Weekly.The beautiful picturisation of models were the highlight of this novel. MANU Varma,Radheena Raju,Sreeja were the models.Story attracted and discussed by women in almost all locations.
MANU Joseph,a widower lives with his servant  Kolappan in a hilly area( Ooty). He hates everyone and lives in  the memories of his wife Parvathi.  He is a talented singer too. Parvathi was a classical dancer who died due to burns in their residence.  Jiji a cousin of MANU decides to spend her vacation with MANU.

She tries to win his love and finally they get married. At nights she overhears classical music  from the house. Jiji  is disappointed with her husband's unnatural behavior. One day she finds out a secret Nilavara(underground  chamber) inside their bedroom. She opens it and at her surprise,she finds out Parvathi there. Manu confesses before Jiji that  he was madly in love with his wife Parvathi. One day Parvathi met with an accident in kitchen. He with the help of his servant Kolappan, declared Parvathi dead in front of everyone. Kolappan arranged a  dummy of  Parvathi. Manu locked his wife inside the Nilavara. During nights, Manu visits his wife Parvathi.

After knowing everything from Manu, Jiji  decides to make their re union. She  ends her life at the Suicide point in  Kodaikanal.

THE GUARD OF WAYANAD CHURAM - KARINTHANDAN

This is the story of  a native tribe of  Lakkidi churam or Thamarassery churam in Calicut Wayanad route .



 .Karinthandan was a native tribe of Wayanad district in Kerala State .He was tragically killed by a

British Engineer. Karinthandan served as a guide to British Engineers who tried to construct a road from

Calicut to Wayanad. The guide who knows every nook and corner of  his place,helped foreigners to find a

way through the dense forest of  Wayanad .The Viceroy announced a reward earlier to those who build a

road across the churam .In order to gain the reward and fame the Engineer planned to kill Karinthandan .He

cunningly led his guide to a peak area and shot him dead.The soul of Karinthandan started troubling

passengers .A number of accidents  happened.. As a result,the natives called a panditji(manthravadhi) and he
chained the soul of Karinthandan to a huge banyan tree(aal maram).This tree is known as Changala maram in
Malayalam. People now considering Karinthandan as the Guard of  this churam and Wayanad district.  A

A REAL SACRIFICE - STORY OF ANAND AND SEEMA

Organ donation  is not  easy as it needs lots of  official  verification.   Talking about the changes in the government  laws . Leave these matters behind and listen the story of a real and rare sacrifice.

First of all ,it only happens in movies.Yes,The story is taking place in India. A  wealthy young man from a

business family admitted in hospital with cardiac arrest. Doctors told him to go to some calm locality

  for the sake of his disease. He then goes to a village with his friend. There he met a blind

girl who is much disturbed with her stepmother .She had to do the  household works  all alone. The step mother

 ignores that the girl was blind .She was forced to fetch water from long distances. The naughty village kids

 often breaks her pot of water. Anand, that was the name of our hero loves this girl. She was Seema. He

.helps her to go for treatment. Her step mother did not like it .One day Anand got a severe cardiac arrest and

he dies.He donates his eyes to Seema. .She want to meet Anand.. But her family against this and

 goes to their village. Hours after ,Anand is alive.He recovered from a mild attack.He wants to meet

Seema. But his friend opposed him because Anand is a blind man  now.  Seema was forced to marry a

widower with a 5 year old daughter.. Anand sings their old songs when they were lovers .

Seema runs towards the direction,but stops suddenly,thinking of her new responsibilities as a wife and

mother. Anand,much disappointed, decides to leave from there.

 This is only a movie named Prem Daan (sacrifice of love) of the year 1991.Hero is Nitish Bharadwaj and Khushboo is his heroine.What will be the climax if happens in real life?  NO ANSWER!!!
